The Concept of DW One

Wood, metal, and plastic come together to create a biathlon buttstock like no other.

The DW One Biathlonstoks is made from cutting-edge materials. High-quality titanium is used to create durable small joints, allowing for unconventional modularity. Eco-sustainable plastic components are developed using innovative technologies, ensuring durability, grip, and a unique level of customization.
As for the wooden parts, two types are available: Walnut or Tulipwood.
The technical specifications of the two types of wood are very similar, but as they are different materials, they naturally have different specific weights.

Both woods share comparable technical characteristics, meaning they have similar physical and mechanical properties, such as strength and workability. However, due to their distinct origin and composition, they differ in specific weight — that is, in wood density. This difference can affect the use or preferences of buyers, who may opt for a lighter or heavier buttstock depending on specific needs (for example, for a better-balanced or more manageable weapon).

Average weight for the two types:
Approximately 3850 g for Walnut and 3650 g for Tulipwood, depending on the strap and shoulder pad configuration

 

All the biathlonstock plastic parts can be fully costumizable by the customer on request.

 

The DW-ONE Biathlonstock Set will be delivered with the following components:
  • Complete Walnut / Maple wooden Biathlonstock, or customizable in various colors (prices will change depending on the choice of “MAX 3” shades).
  • Metal bedding for Rifle with only “Sprint” mechanics.
  • Various sizes of stops to choose from, as defined on the website.
  • Standig knob with bullet holder, various sizes as defined on the website.
  • Right-hand knob “adjustable forward-backward” with various sizes as defined on the website.
  • Cheekpiece complete with bullet holder.
  • Bracket for fixing shoulder straps with elastic strap holder plate.
  • Complete shoulder bracket.
